What it costs
There’s no single price. Any firm that quotes one before seeing your case is guessing. A single unfiled year is not the same job as ten years with a lien on your house. One is a cleanup. The other is a rebuild. The fee reflects the work.
The first conversation is free. Before we quote anything, we pull your IRS transcripts and read your account in full. People remember things wrong. Transcripts don’t. If untangling your situation takes real work, unfiled years, old balances, no clear picture of what the IRS has on file, that review is $250. When the picture is already clear and the transcripts just confirm it, we usually skip the fee.
After that you get a written quote. Once accepted, billing can be broken into monthly installments to work with your budget. Basic engagements begin at a few hundred dollars a month and scale with complexity.
We charge based on scope. No hidden fees. Past the review, nothing is charged until you’ve approved the quote in writing and a payment structure is agreed upon.
