Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Blueprint Financial Consulting LLC, doing business as Blueprint Resolution Services® (“Blueprint,” “we,” “us”), operates help.blueprint-tax.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect on this Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this Site only; other Blueprint websites carry their own policies.
We will not use or share your information except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information you provide
When you request a consultation through the form on this Site, we ask for your first and last name, email address, telephone number, and the approximate amount you owe the IRS. We also record the text of the consent statement you agreed to and the time you submitted it, because that record is what authorizes us to contact you.
You are not required to provide any of this information, but we cannot respond to a consultation request without it. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, IRS notices, or other tax documents through this Site — the form does not ask for them and is not designed to receive them.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site or submit the form, we record technical information your browser sends: your IP address, browser and device type, and the time of your visit and submission. We use this to operate the Site, prevent abuse, and keep accurate records of consent.
If you arrive at the Site from an advertisement or a marketing partner’s link, we may capture identifiers included in that link — such as Google’s gclid, Microsoft’s msclkid, Meta’s fbclid, campaign (UTM) parameters, and a partner’s own tracking codes. We store these in a first-party cookie on your browser so that a request you submit can be attributed to the marketing channel that referred you.
How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your consultation request and communicate with you about your inquiry;
- confirm that the phone number you provided is valid and reachable;
- attribute your visit, and any request you submit, to the marketing channel that referred you;
- measure and improve our own advertising;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site; and
- keep business records we are required to keep.
Calls, texts, and email
Submitting a consultation request is your request for us to contact you. If you check the consent box, a member of our team may call, text, or email you at the phone number or email address you provided, regarding your inquiry. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, reply HELP for assistance, or tell us by phone or email that you no longer wish to be contacted. We honor opt-out requests across all channels within ten business days. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
We do not share, sell, or transfer phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
Phone number validation
When you submit the form, we send the phone number you provided to a third-party telecommunications service to confirm it is a valid, reachable number and to identify what type of line it is (for example, mobile or landline). This is a technical check that helps us reach you and helps us identify invalid submissions. That service acts on our behalf and is not permitted to use your number for its own marketing.
Analytics and advertising identifiers
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site, including which pages are viewed and which marketing channel referred the visit.
We may also use advertising pixels or tags from Google, Meta, and Microsoft to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to report conversions (such as a form submission) back to those platforms. These pixels may allow the advertising platform to associate your visit with an account you have with that platform, subject to that platform’s own privacy policy.
Third-party content and widgets
Some parts of the Site display content loaded directly from other companies. Our customer-review ratings are displayed through a third-party review-widget service, which loads our ratings and reviews from review platforms such as Google and the Better Business Bureau. We also use a security service from Cloudflare to tell real visitors apart from automated abuse. To load this content, your browser connects to those companies, which means they receive your IP address and basic device information and may set their own cookies, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not send them your name, email address, or phone number.
Referring marketing partners
Some visitors reach the Site through a marketing partner who advertises on our behalf. When a visit from such a partner results in a submitted form, we notify that partner so they can match the result to the visit and invoice us accurately. That notification contains only identifiers: the tracking code from the partner’s own link and a reference number we generate. We do not send them your name, email address, or phone number.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. Information shared with advertising platforms or marketing partners (such as a conversion event) is used only to measure and improve our own advertising.
Service providers
We employ third-party companies to perform services on our behalf — for example, website hosting and content delivery, form processing and workflow automation, our customer-relationship system, and the telecommunications check described above. These providers have access to your information only to perform those tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose it or use it for any other purpose.
Your choices
You can limit tracking by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings, or by using the opt-out tools advertising platforms provide (for example, Google’s Ads Settings, Meta’s Ad Preferences, or the industry opt-out at optout.aboutads.info). Blocking cookies may limit some Site functionality.
You may also contact us using the information below to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, subject to records we are required by law to keep.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We use commercially reasonable means to protect it, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through this Site, contact us and we will delete it.
Disclosure required by law
We will disclose personal information where we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
